The classes are written by the authors of the Windows Internals book. Our direct connection to the Windows kernel development team (plus David Solomon's access to the Windows source code) ensures you you're getting the real story. In fact, we teaches these classes regularly to Microsoft developers and support engineers! The Windows Internals classes is 5 days with hands-on experiments or 3 days in a lecture-only format (the Windows Troubleshooting class is always hands-on). Hands-on classes allow time for students to put to practical use what they are learning instead of just watching the instructor (note: experiments are interspersed throughout the class). Virtually every past attendee has stated they preferred the hands-on format.
